The purpose of the treatment of your personal data is to attend to your requests for commercial information and to send you information about the consultations made. The data provided will be kept as long as the interested party does not request their elimination.
The legal basis that legitimizes the treatment of personal data is the consent of the interested party expressed through the use of the box located for this purpose in the forms where the data are collected.
The data will not be disclosed to third parties, unless legally required to do so, nor will they be transferred to third countries.

In order to make it easier for the interested party to exercise their rights, we have forms that can be requested via email or by post. If you prefer, you can use the forms prepared by the Spanish Data Protection Agency or the competent authority.
These forms must be signed electronically or be accompanied by a photocopy of your current ID card. The forms can be submitted in person, or by sending an email to info@novaclouder.com
In compliance with the provisions of Article 21 of Law 34/2002 on services of the information society and electronic commerce, if you do not want to receive more information about our services, you can unsubscribe by sending an email to info@novaclouder.com, indicating in the subject “Do not send mail”.
We will inform you about the actions derived from your request within one month, which can be extended by two more months in the case of particularly complex requests, and we will notify you of this extension within the first month.
In those cases where we do not attend to your request, we will inform you of this, giving the reasons for the refusal within one month of its submission.
